Problems appear to be fully resolved now, and we are assured the ISP won't do it again!

Our ISP randomly decided to update the "whois" registration of our domains,
which are and have been entirely under our own management for some time,
and add their own useless Windows based DNS machines to the server lists.

This has apparently intermittently affected access to the website,
with DNS timeout and no data errors. 

We expect this to be resolved soon, in the mean time, please bear with it.
