Wanted to do a firmware update - but I may be a few NAS levels too far behind for a simple update. Not surprised because last time I tried I set it back to the current version.

The disks dscn0137sm.pngare in - and almost have everything copied off of the bad disks.

Need to backup and then replace a RAID array that is failing - before it fails completely.

To speed the process I will shutdown the servers and copy within the NAS. And I will also try upgrading the NAS firmware again - see how that works, or does not work.

Note: 15 February is my expected downtime.
